By accessing and using AcePrint Orders (orders.aceprint.pl), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AcePrint Orders provides a platform for Etsy shop owners to:

• Connect their Etsy shop via Etsy API
• Manage and track orders from their Etsy shop
• Synchronize order status and fulfillment information
• Facilitate print production workflow for print-on-demand businesses

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have an active Etsy shop
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Etsy API Usage

By connecting your Etsy shop, you authorize us to:

• Access your shop data via Etsy API
• Retrieve order information, customer details, and product data
• Update order status and tracking information on your behalf

Our use of Etsy API is subject to Etsy's API Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You can revoke API access at any time through your account settings or directly on Etsy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Maintain accurate Etsy API credentials
• Comply with Etsy's Terms of Service and Seller Policy

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We only access Etsy data necessary for order management
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
• All data transmission is encrypted with SSL/TLS
• You can request data deletion at any time

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Temporarily suspend service for security or technical reasons
• Experience downtime due to factors beyond our control

8. Fees and Payment

Current service is provided free of charge during beta period. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with 30 days advance notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on AcePrint Orders are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid (if any) in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by Etsy API limitations

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Your Etsy shop operations

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may: Close your account at any time through account settings
• We may: Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms

Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• Email notification
• In-app notification
• Website announcement

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Poland.
